تمرین ترکیبی دفاع و دریبلینگ یکی از عالی ترین تمرینات ترکیبی می باشد. این تمرین مخصوص را می توان برای مدرسه فوتبال و رده نونهالان و نوجوانان به کار برد.

وسایل مورد نیاز
1- کنز
2- توپ

نحوه چیدمان
به مانند تصویر با استفاده از کنزها مربع ای ایجاد کنید. ابعاد مربع با توجه به تعداد بازیکنان متفاوت می باشد، طبیعتا هرچقدر تعداد بازیکنان بیشتر باشد مربع باید بزرگتر باشد، برای تعداد هفت نفر زمینی با ابعاد تغریبا 20 متر در 20 متر مناسب می باشد.
توجه داشته باشید که گروه ها نه خیلی شلوغ و نه خیلی خلوت باشد.
تمام بازیکنان ها صاحب توپ می باشند، منحای یک بازیکن که باید به عنوان مدافع عمل کند.

شرح تمرین
بازیکنان صاحب توپ شروع به حرکت در محوطه می کنند(حمل توپ و دریبلینگ) بازیکن مدافع باید در مقابل آنها دفاع کند و توپ آنها را به بیرون بزند، هر بازیکنی که توپش را از دست بدهد باید به کمک مدافع بیاید، تمرین به همین شکل ادامه پیدا می کند تا مدافعان توپ تمام بازیکنان را به بیرون بزنند. طبیعتا آخرین بازیکنی که توپش به بیرون زده شود برنده است.

تمرین دفاع و دریبلینگ مدرسه فوتبال

تغییرات
برای ایجاد فشار بیشتر بر روی بازیکن مدافع، هنگامی که بازیکنی توپش به بیرون زده می شود، به کمک مدافع نمی آید و از بازی خارج می شود، تمرین تا زمانی که مدافع بتواند به تنهایی توپ تمام مهاجمان را به بیرون بزند ادامه پیدا می کند. طبیعتا بازیکن آخر دارای امتیاز ویژه است که توانسته است بیشتر از بقیه صاحب توپ بماند، ولی برنده اصلی تمرین مدافع است که به تنهایی توانسته است توپ تمام مهاجمین را به بیرون بزند.

چالش
1- برای هر مدافع تایم گرفته شود. هر بازیکنی که در مدت زمان کمتری بتواند تمام توپ ها را به بیرون بزند برنده است.
2- هر مهاجمی که توپش به بیرون زده می شود می تواند سریعا به دنبال توپ خود رفته و مجددا به محوطه تمرین باز گردد. بازی وقتی پایان می یابد که تمام توپ ها در یک زمان بیرون از محوطه باشند. درواقع بازیکن مدافع باید هنگام بیرون زدن توپ سعی کند تا جایی که می تواند توپ را از محوطه تمرین دور کند تا مهاجمین زمان بیشتری را را برای بازگرداندن توپ به تمرین صرف کنند.

این تمرین دفاع و دریبلینگ مناسب مدرسه فوتبال و رده های سنی نونهالان و نوجوانان جهت آموزش و ارتقا تکنیک های دفاع و دریبلینگ و همچنین افزایش کیفیت کارها تاکتیکی می باشد. و البته رده های سنی بالاتر می توانند از این تمرین به عنوان تمرینات بدنسازی با توپ استفاده کنند.
